LSH Auto is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our new and used cars.
Hours: 40
Salary: £27,010 plus Uncapped bonus OTE £60,000, plus company car
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in their purchase journey, providing product information and guidance.
- Conduct test drives and explain the features and benefits of the vehicles.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in electric vehicles and communicate them to customers.
- Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical information to customers.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- A valid driver's license.
