LSH Auto is seeking an experienced and dynamic Parts Manager to lead our parts department at our flagship dealership in Stockport. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the parts inventory, overseeing team operations, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Hours – 40

Salary – Competitive

As a Parts Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise parts sales and inventory control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of parts specialists to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and manage the ordering process efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to fulfil parts requirements.
  • Fully accountable for departmental profitability, driving sales, gross profit, and cost control to optimise financial performance.

This position is a full-time role with a competitive salary.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and automotive parts knowledge.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
