LSH Auto is looking for an experienced MOT Tester to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive MOT tests to assess the roadworthiness of vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that all tests comply with the regulatory standards, providing peace of mind to our customers.
We are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance for every vehicle we test.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £30,000
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA regulations.
  • Assess vehicle safety, emissions, and general condition.
  • Provide accurate documentation of inspections and results.
  • Advise customers on any required repairs or improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe testing environment.
Qualifications
  • Current MOT Tester certification.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an MOT Tester preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
