LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician specialising in Mercedes Benz vehicles to join our dedicated team. Located at our Whitefield dealership, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance and quality of our luxury vehicle fleet.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,500 Plus OTE Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes Benz vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ensure the use of correct parts, lubricants, and materials while keeping detailed service records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workshop environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly regarding vehicle conditions and required work.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Mercedes Benz or similar luxury vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training, especially in emerging electric vehicle technologies.
