We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to lead the team at our Macclesfield dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience. While this is primarily a Sales Manager position, there is genuine scope for career progression, with the potential to develop into an Operations Manager role with broader site-level responsibilities in the future.
Hours - 40
Salary - Competitive, plus OTE bonus, plus a company car
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey.
- Monitor performance, implement sales strategies, and deliver training where required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee stock management, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
- Additional responsibilities may extend to overall dealership site accountability
