As demand grows across our Mercedes-Benz, BYD and Smart corporate and fleet solutions, we are seeking a proactive Corporate & Fleet Administrator & Logistics Specialist. You will manage the full administration cycle, from customer quotation and order placement through to registration, invoicing, taxation and delivery. Liaising with internal teams and manuafacturer partners to ensure a seamless experience.
Salary β Β£27,162
Hours β 40
- Prepare and issue quotations for corporate and fleet clients, following up to confirm orders
- Place orders in internal systems and manufacturer portals, monitor build and delivery schedules.
- Provide timely updates to customers at every stage of the process, resolving enquiries and escalating where necessary.
- Raise, reconcile and issue invoices, manage vehicle taxation and ensure compliance with all registration requirements.
- Work closely with the stock, transport and dealership teams to secure on-time delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience in vehicle administration or fleet management, automotive dealership or leasing environment preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy in paperwork, invoicing and taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
