LSH Auto is excited to invite applications for the position of Business Development Manager – Vans, throughout the North West and Midlands area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships within our van division.
Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence in the van sector.
Hours – 40
Salary – £34,591 basic Plus OTE bonus £48,000 Plus company car
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the van market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize product offerings and promotions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategy.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry, preferably with vans.
- Strong understanding of the van market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
