LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team based at our dealership in Macclesfield. As a Warranty Administrator, you will oversee the warranty processes for our vehicles, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction by managing warranty documentation and supplier communications effectively.
Hours: 40 Salary: £30,666
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing warranty claims for vehicle repairs and services
- Reviewing claims to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines
- Maintaining communication with both customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
- Keeping comprehensive records of all transactions and claims
- Assisting in the training of staff on warranty procedures and policies
