LSH AUTO is currently seeking a skilled and organised Logistics Site Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Logistics department and supporting the team with administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency throughout the dealership.
Your primary responsibilities will involve managing site operations, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and serving as a point of contact for both staff and external partners. A Full UK driving license is required within this role.
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £30,387
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing high volume of vehicle deliveries and collections via trade plate drivers or multi vehicle transporters.
- Damage inspecting all vehicles that arrive on site, reporting any damages and controlling claims for any damages found.
- Assisting in the smooth process of vehicle preparation, overseeing cosmetic preparation ensuring all vehicles meet Mercedes‑Benz brand standards for sale.
- Carrying out high quality photographs on all vehicles to advertise for sale on our website.
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external partners.
- Maintain records and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with scheduling and logistics as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A Full UK driving license is required.
