LSH Auto UK Ltd is on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Health & Safety leader to join our growing team. As our Health, Safety & Environment Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing safety standards across our dealerships, workshops, and support functions.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience

What You’ll Do:
- You will lead the H&S strategy and compliance across all sites.
- Drive a proactive safety culture overseeing training, audits, and risk management.
- You will report directly to senior leadership, with responsibility for health, safety and environmental initiatives.
- This role will involve travel throughout the Midlands and Manchester area.
Requirements:
- You will hold NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
- You will have proven multi-site H&S leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
