Join LSH Auto as an Aftersales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our dealership. We are seeking a dedicated professional who will become the key liaison between customers and our service teams, ensuring our aftersales services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing customer enquiries, and following up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction throughout their service experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our service department while fostering lasting relationships with our valued customers.
Hours: 45 Salary: £30,387 Plus OTE bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding service appointments and aftersales enquiries.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow in the service department.
- Collaborate closely with service and parts teams to provide timely updates and information to customers.
- Proactively seek customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist in promoting aftersales initiatives to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to aftersales service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role within the automotive sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A valid driver's licence is essential.
