Join LSH Auto as a Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz at our prestigious dealership in Tamworth. We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and an eye for detail in the automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will ensure customers receive the highest quality of service for their Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Hours β 45
Salary β Β£30,387 Plus additional bonus Β£16,000 β OTE Β£46,387
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recording customer enquiries and vehicle concerns accurately
- Providing clear service estimates and timelines to customers
- Collaborating with our skilled technicians for efficient service execution
- Keeping customers updated on their vehicle status throughout the service process
- Resolving any customer issues or complaints effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within the automotive sector
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- A good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with service management software or tools
- A valid UK driver\βs licence
