LSH Auto is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our vibrant dealership in Whitefield. In this exciting role, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, cultivate relationships with customers, and guide our sales team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive team environment while maximising business opportunities within the automotive industry.
This role offers a competitive salary plus an attractive OTE bonus, as well as a company vehicle or car allowance.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Establish and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for the sales team
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a sales management role within the automotive sector
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence is a must
