About the role
LSH Auto is looking for a motivated Retail Business Manager to lead our retail sales operations and contribute to the continued success of our automotive dealership in Whitefield. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and enhancing profitability while fostering a positive and professional retail environment.
Working Hours
40 hours per week
Salary
Competitive salary with OTE up to £65,000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Implement sales strategies and monitor market trends to capitalize on business opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure superior service delivery
- Manage retail operations, including inventory and merchandising
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize brand presence and customer engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Retail Business Manager or similar role within the automotive sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and respond with proactive strategies
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high service standards
- Valid UK driving licence
