Join the team at LSH Auto as a Van Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of our service department. We are looking for a dedicated professional to maintain and repair a wide range of vans, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet our high standards of quality.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £29,273 - £57,822 OTE

Requirements

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on various van models to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and executing necessary repairs
  • Replacing components, parts, lubricants, and consumables accurately
  • Keeping work areas organized, clean, and safe while adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Documenting all work completed and keeping accurate records of services performed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in van maintenance or a related automotive field
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A willingness to continue learning, especially in electric vehicle technology
