Join our dynamic team at LSH Auto as a Van Sales Executive! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to help drive our van sales to new heights. Located at our prestigious dealership, you will be at the forefront of showcasing our premium range of vans and providing our customers with an unparalleled buying experience.

In this full-time role, you will enjoy a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, alongside additional benefits such as a company car. Please note this position requires full-time attendance at the dealership, and is not a hybrid role. Hours - 40 Salary - £27,319 plus OTE Bonus £29,160

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and establish trust with potential buyers
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our van products and inventory
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Advise customers on financing options and additional products
Qualifications
  • Experience in vehicle sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A full clean driving license is essential
