About The Role
We\βre looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our busy Trade Parts Contact Centre in our flagship dealership in Stockport. This is a hands-on leadership role where you\βll drive sales performance, motivate your team to exceed targets, ensure and coach the highest level of call quality and ensure we deliver an exceptional experience to every trade customer.
Salary β Β£27,040 Plus bonus OTE Β£42,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Trade Parts Specialists to consistently achieve sales, conversion, and telephony targets
- Monitor KPIs daily, taking proactive steps to improve performance
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results through coaching, training, and regular feedback
- Manage call flow, escalations, and workload to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Identify sales opportunities, implement performance improvement plans, and reward success
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years\β experience in a leadership role within a sales or contact centre environment
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
- Strong coaching and people-management skills, with the ability to bring out the best in your team
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by results
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Resilient, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience within the Trade Parts environment advantageous
