Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, conducting test drives, presenting vehicle features, and finalising sales agreements—all while maintaining the high standards of customer service that LSH Auto is known for.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,010 plus an attractive uncapped commission structure and company car.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in car sales, preferably in a premium brand environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong customer relationships
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving results
- A passion for the automotive industry and keeping up with the latest trends
- A full UK driving licence
