LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Team Member to join our team at our dealership in Stockport. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome during their visit.
Hours: 40 Salary: Up to Β£27,010
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and products
- Ensure that the reception and guest areas are clean and welcoming at all times
- Support and assist the Guest Relations Team Leader as needed
- Gather guest feedback to help improve services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to help others
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a plus
