LSH Auto is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, ensuring excellent communication and smooth service delivery.

Working Hours: 45 hours per week.

Salary: £30,387 plus OTE bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers professionally and courteously
  • Understand and document customer vehicle concerns accurately
  • Provide clear and detailed service estimates and timelines
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule and manage vehicle servicing
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their service
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with service management software
  • Valid UK driver's licence
