LSH Auto is excited to announce an opening for a Parts Supervisor at our dealership in Solihull. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the parts department, ensuring that operations run smoothly while providing top-notch service to both the workshop and customers.
Hours - 45
Salary - £35,000 plus OTE bonus
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the parts team to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Managing inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and maximise efficiency
- Coordinating the procurement of automotive parts and processing orders promptly
- Monitoring sales trends and forecasting inventory needs
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating pricing and terms
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience as a Parts Supervisor or similar role within the automotive sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Thorough understanding of inventory management and parts operations
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with dealership management software
- A valid driver's licence
