Join the dedicated team at our newly refurbished dealership in Tamworth as a Parts Specialist. In this full-time position, you will manage the inventory and supply chain of automotive parts, ensuring our workshops and retail customers receive timely and efficient service.
Hours: 45 Salary: £29,000 plus OTE Bonus
Requirements:
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely ordering of parts
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their part enquiries
- Collaborating with service team members to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance
- Managing parts returns and warranty claims efficiently
- Staying updated on automotive parts and products to provide knowledgeable assistance
To qualify, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an automotive parts department or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- A valid UK driving licence
