LSH Auto is excited to announce a vacancy for a Parts Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on driving parts sales growth and enhancing customer engagement through targeted business development initiatives across the Manchester and Midlands area.

As a Business Development Lead Parts Executive, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, establishing relationships with key customers, and working closely with our parts team to ensure exceptional service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive parts sales and a passion for achieving results.

Hours: 45

Salary: £33,600 plus OTE bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the automotive parts landscape
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost parts sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the parts team to ensure efficient service delivery and inventory management
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market insights

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive parts sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the automotive parts industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies
  • A valid UK driving license
