In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for our customers. Your charm and hospitality will ensure every visitor feels valued right from their arrival. Your key duties will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing them with necessary information about our vehicle inventory.
  • Addressing customer questions to enhance their experience.
  • Ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and reflects the high standards of service that LSH Auto is known for.
  • Welcoming customers upon arrival and assisting them with enquiries.
  • Providing detailed information about our vehicles and dealership services.
  • Keeping the reception and showroom areas tidy and professionally presented.
  • Supporting the sales team by coordinating appointments and facilitating communication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.

  • Basic computer literacy.
