As a Car Park Coordinator, you will play an important part in keeping the dealership running smoothly.
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience and site operations, helping create an organised, welcoming environment while supporting collaboration across teams to keep daily activity moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day car park operations and maintain smooth vehicle flow
- Coordinate vehicle movements with sales and service teams across the site
- Assist customers with parking enquiries, directions, and arrival support
- Monitor parking availability and allocate spaces efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-managed car park environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, site coordination, or parking operations
- Holds a valid driver's licence
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
