LSH Auto, a leader in the automotive industry, is looking for a dynamic and proficient Aftersales Executive to be part of our thriving aftersales team. In this integral role, you will manage customer interactions and ensure the highest level of service delivery that keeps our customers coming back. Your responsibilities will include coordinating service processes, monitoring customer satisfaction, and working closely with various departments to enhance the aftersales experience. Your role will be vital to maintain our reputation for excellence and customer loyalty.
Location: Tamworth | Employment: Full Time | Salary: £29,000 + OTE Bonus

Requirements
- Extensive experience in aftersales or customer service within the automotive sector or a related field

- Proficient in using automotive service management software systems
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A valid drivers license is required
