Overview

Join LSH Auto as a Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz at our prestigious dealership in Tamworth. We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and an eye for detail in the automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will ensure customers receive the highest quality of service for their Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Hours – 45

Salary – £30,387 plus additional bonus £16,000 – OTE £46,387

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Recording customer enquiries and vehicle concerns accurately
  • Providing clear service estimates and timelines to customers
  • Collaborating with our skilled technicians for efficient service execution
  • Keeping customers updated on their vehicle status throughout the service process
  • Resolving any customer issues or complaints effectively

Requirements

  • Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within the automotive sector
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • A good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with service management software or tools
  • A valid UK driver\’s licence
