Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and validate warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external manufacturers
- Monitor warranty claim statuses and follow up as necessary to expedite resolutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in warranty administration, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency with warranty management software and standard office tools
