LSH Auto is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team at our flagship dealership located in Stockport. This role will be vital in ensuring our luxury vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Welcome Bonus: £2000

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Salary: Starting at £31,500 with potential OTE earnings of up to £46,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and implement effective repairs.
  • Replace parts, oils, and fluids as necessary, keeping thorough records.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment across the workshop.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle service and repair needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or a recognised equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A valid UK driving licence (required).
  • A willingness to embrace ongoing training and learning opportunities, especially in electric vehicle technologies.
