As Business Manager - Used Cars, you will play a key role in driving the performance of the used car business, helping shape profitable deals and supporting a high-quality buying journey for customers. This role has a direct impact on sales results, operational performance, and the overall success of the used car function within a premium retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead used car sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage finance and insurance processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support the sales team with deal structuring and margin optimisation.
- Monitor stock mix, pricing, and vehicle turnaround to maximise returns.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the used car buying journey.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealership business management with premium automotive brands.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and improving profit margins.
- Strong understanding of finance products, compliance, and deal structuring in an automotive retail or dealership environment.
- Knowledge of used car operations.
- Experience managing customer relationships in automotive retail sales.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
