LSH Auto is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Parts Specialist to lead and support our parts department. In this senior role, you will oversee day-to-day parts operations, manage stock control, and provide expert guidance to the team to ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Hours: 45 per week

Salary: £31,677 plus OTE bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the parts department, ensuring efficient stock management and availability.
  • Support and mentor junior parts staff to enhance team performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
  • Oversee order processing, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Provide expert advice on parts and automotive components to customers and workshop teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and implement processes to improve parts operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Specialist with a strong understanding of automotive parts management.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with parts inventory software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
