LSH Auto is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team at our dealership in Solihull. As a Sales Executive, you will be critical in promoting our extensive range of luxury vehicles and ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service throughout their purchasing experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,010 plus uncapped commission, OTE up to £60,000, plus a company car.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service-focused role is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of luxury vehicles.
- A valid UK driver’s licence is required.
