LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this full-time role, you will be vital in managing the supply chain of automotive parts, ensuring that both customers and internal teams have access to the parts they need for exceptional service.

Hours: 45 per week

Salary: Up to £29,000 plus OTE bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage parts inventory with precision.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and staff regarding parts and services.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and re-order points.
  • Handle parts returns and customer inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems.
  • A valid UK driving license.
