LSH Auto is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Preparation Technician to join our team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As a Preparation Technician, you will ensure that vehicles are fully prepared and presented to the highest standard for our customers.

Hours: 40
Salary: OTE including bonus £45,100
Your Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough preparation of vehicles for sale, including cleaning, polishing, and inspection.
- Ensuring that all vehicles meet quality standards and are dealer-ready.
- Collaborating with the sales team to prioritise vehicle preparation based on sales strategy.
- Reporting any issues or repairs needed to the management team.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:
- Level 3 Light vehicle maintenance (NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds).
- Experience in vehicle preparation or related roles.
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for vehicle presentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A valid UK driving licence (essential).
