LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BYD Sales Assistant to join our team. As a BYD Sales Assistant at LSH Auto, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of BYD electric vehicles. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and assist them throughout the entire sales process, providing product information, answering inquiries, and offering guidance.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our BYD electric vehicles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in electric vehicles and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Passion for electric vehicles and a strong commitment to sustainable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full time. Salary: £35,500 - 55,000 per year. Uncapped bonus. Company car. Colleague referral scheme (£500-£1000).
