You will lead used car sales operations, maximize sales, and improve customer satisfaction. Your leadership will guide a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets while maintaining excellent service. The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive market knowledge and used car sales experience, develop effective strategies, manage inventory, and foster a positive sales environment. Hours: 40 Compensation: Competitive salary, OTE bonus, and a company car. Requirements Significant used car sales experience with managerial background. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills, including team training and development. Deep understanding of the used car market, pricing, and inventory management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Customer service focus to ensure positive experiences. Analytical skills for sales data and market trends evaluation. Valid UK driving license. Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase used car sales. Manage inventory to ensure a diverse vehicle selection. Lead and support the sales team to improve performance. Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues. Conduct performance reviews and sales training.
