LSH Auto is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Preparation Technician to join our team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As a Preparation Technician, you will ensure that vehicles are fully prepared and presented to the highest standard for our customers.
WELCOME BONUS - £2,000
Hours - 40
Salary - £32,200 Plus OTE £8,400
Requirements
Your Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough preparation of vehicles for sale, including cleaning, polishing, and inspection.
  • Ensuring that all vehicles meet quality standards and are dealer-ready.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to prioritise vehicle preparation based on sales strategy.
  • Reporting any issues or repairs needed to the management team.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have
  • Experience in vehicle preparation or related roles.
  • A strong eye for detail and a passion for vehicle presentation.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A valid UK driving licence (essential).
