Join the dedicated team at our newly refurbished dealership in Tamworth as a Parts Specialist. In this full-time position, you will manage the inventory and supply chain of automotive parts, ensuring our workshops and retail customers receive timely and efficient service.
Hours – 45
Salary £29,000 plus OTE Bonus
Requirements
As a Parts Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely ordering of parts.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their part enquiries.
- Collaborating with service team members to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance.
- Managing parts returns and warranty claims efficiently.
- Staying updated on automotive parts and products to provide knowledgeable assistance.
To Qualify, You Should Have
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an automotive parts department or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
