Senior Specialist – Production & Operations, Flagship Events

LSEG\’s Flagship Events team is responsible for the end-to-end production, management and delivery of high-profile proprietary events for LSEG. We partner with different business leaders across our business to develop outstanding programs for our sales & account management teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Flagship event managers on the production and operational requirements of the full spectrum of programs in our portfolio.
- Oversee digital platforms and communication processes related to each event, including event websites, SharePoint sites and email correspondence.
- Demonstrate creative flair across brand assets for each event, including entertainment needs, keynote speaker selection and LSEG branded merchandise.
- Lead ongoing collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Risk, Finance, Security and business leads across LSEG.
- Partner with external technology providers or our Broadcast Studios & Film team; handle audio/visual equipment and staffing specs, and coordinate technical production and logistics. Own each event\’s run of show, including scheduling rehearsals and related logistics for speakers or event contributors.
- Oversee onboarding of vendors, invoice payments, purchase order submissions, credit card reconciliation and budget management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organized, team-spirited, amiable and collaborative.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, InDesign, etc.) and Cvent knowledge are advantageous.
- Delivery-focused with strong attention to detail; ability to balance multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Passionate about creating outstanding programs; excited to contribute to all aspects of event production and execution.
- Client-facing experience; able to engage with attendees, C-suite executives and high-profile guests.
- Calm and composed under pressure; flexible to work outside traditional hours; willingness to travel (globally and locally) including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary for this position is $99,600 – $166,000. This role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/bonus). Base salary ranges may vary by location. LSEG Benefits include healthcare, retirement planning, paid time off, and other programs. Individual salary will reflect knowledge, skills and experience.
