Role Summary
LSEG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product management for FX post-trade workflows and applications across our Workspace and FX solutions ecosystem. The role will focus on identifying customer and user needs, shaping product priorities, and delivering scalable, integrated post-trade capabilities that improve operational efficiency and workflow connectivity across the FX business.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Define and own product roadmap and execution for FX post-trade workflows and Workspace applications.
- Drive workflow innovation and operational scalability across the post-trade lifecycle.
- Partner with Proposition and Strategy teams to align product priorities to business goals while retaining ownership of product scope, prioritisation and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Proposition, Engineering, UX and Delivery teams to define requirements, make prioritisation trade-offs and lead agile execution.
- Lead discovery activities with clients and internal stakeholders to identify user problems, workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Manage product backlogs, epics and user stories across agile squads and delivery teams.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability across pre-trade, at-trade and post-trade workflows.
- Support development of integrated workflow solutions spanning trade affirmation, trade notification, surveillance and post-trade operations.
- Partner with commercial, customer and proposition teams to support go-to-market readiness, customer adoption and feedback loops for product improvements.
- Define success metrics and monitor adoption, operational impact and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate roadmap progress, priorities and strategic direction to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Significant Product Management experience within FX post-trade, workflow automation or capital markets technology environments.
- Solid understanding of FX post-trade lifecycle processes and operational workflows.
- Experience with products and services such as post-trade workflows including STP, back-office reconciliation and trade surveillance.
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models leading squads and managing engineering backlogs.
- Strong ability to translate customer needs and business outcomes into product strategy, prioritised roadmaps and executable delivery plans.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills across business and technology functions.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams.
- Analytical approach with strong problem-solving and prioritisation capabilities.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer value, business impact and delivery feasibility in product decisions.
- Ability to operate independently and lead initiatives in complex matrix organisations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Workspace workflow applications and integration capabilities.
- Familiarity with operational risk, compliance and surveillance workflows.
- Knowledge of API-driven workflow orchestration and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience within electronic trading or financial markets infrastructure organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field.
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 180,000 zł - 284,600 zł. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan. LSEG roles (excluding internships) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program.
