- Risk integration in change & strategy: Provide independent Second Line input on emerging, strategic, and change risks (e.g. new platforms, products, migrations), ensuring risk considerations are embedded in design, development, and client transition.
- Technology, data & AI risk assessment: Identify and challenge risks across technology architecture, including cloud, data architecture, data rights, entitlements, and AI-related considerations.
- Risk framework ownership & maturity: Drive the evolution and consistent application of the Enterprise Risk Framework across the Workspace business, ensuring alignment with organisational standards.
- First Line partnership & challenge: Support and challenge the First Line in maintaining robust Risk and Control Assessments (RCA), control inventories, and effective remediation of control weaknesses.
- Governance, remediation & assurance: Ensure risks outside appetite are clearly defined, remediated, and tracked through governance forums, with strong engagement across all three lines of defence.
- Insight generation & investigation: Lead topical risk investigations and provide forward-looking insights to improve risk visibility and decision-making.
Youβll bring:
- Deep experience in enterprise risk management within financial services, fintech or data services, with solid grasp of financial markets, products, and client ecosystems.
