The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner is a key member of the Finance team for Sales and Account Management, partnering with the EMEA Key Strategic Accounts (KSA) customer base. The role reports to the Director of Finance for KSA and focuses on business partnering, commercial deal structure, financial modelling, reporting, planning, and forecasting with insightful analysis. It requires strong commercial, communication and technical skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own business partnering with the Head of KSA EMEA and KSA EMEA Leadership Team and senior leaders within KSALT, providing commercial insight, analysis and decision support.
- Drive performance of KSA EMEA through strong deal oversight and governance of key contract renewals, understanding risks and opportunities and demonstrating insights to support decision making.
- Build product awareness across LSEG to support key deals and identify whitespace opportunities for growth.
- Invest in commercial strategy and deal dynamics to participate in the KSA EMEA Deal Forum, driving sales‑to‑revenue conversion and growth.
- Serve as a robust and trusted advisor to front‑line teams, challenging where vital and providing strong governance.
- Collaborate with KSA Finance and broader divisional and central finance teams on finance‑wide projects, targeting productivity, automation, best practices and team belonging.

- Track record of a similar Senior Manager role with strong communication, influence and performance as an individual contributor.
- Ability to work optimally and deliver results in a fast‑paced, sophisticated, dynamic, global environment.

- Strong customer orientation with commercial mentality, communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects with competing demands.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PBI) and adoption of AI efficiency tools.
Education / Certifications
- Professional Finance Qualification – e.g. MBA/CFA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
- Career Stage Manager level.
