UK New Business Sales Position Overview

Reporting to the Co‑Head of EMEA FX Sales, this senior sales leader will define strategy and deliver sustained revenue growth across UK Asset Managers, Corporates, and Hedge Funds FX business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Market Ownership: Define and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy for UK New Business clients.
  • Revenue Growth & Business Building: Deliver against ambitious revenue targets through disciplined new business acquisition.
  • Executive Client Engagement: Leverage and develop existing senior‑level relationships across UK Asset Managers, Corporates & Hedge Funds.
  • Commercial Governance & Forecasting: Own, communicate, and deliver a robust revenue strategy and forecast.
  • Enterprise Collaboration (One LSEG): Demonstrate partnership across Sales, Product and broader LSEG teams.
  • Market Insight & Thought Leadership: Bring external market perspective to inform strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Enterprise‑level leader with proven revenue growth track record.

Experience & Capabilities

  • 3‑5 years experience in FX Sales and electronic trading solutions desirable.
  • Ownership of strategy and revenue delivery through Enterprise Leadership.

  • Executive presence and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the listed products trading workflow including pre‑trade, trading and post‑trade.
  • Understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings within the trading space.
  • A self‑starter who demonstrates commitment, curiosity, courage and confidence.
  • Strong communication skills with a flexible professional attitude – including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving and expanding product sales environment.
