As a Product Manager within the Platform Cluster for our flagship product, LSEG Workspace, you will own and drive the product strategy for LSEG Workspace Mobile applications. Reporting to the Cluster Product Lead, you will provide product leadership for one or more cross‑functional squads made up of engineers and UX designers.
You will be accountable for shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile experiences across iOS, Android, and mobile web. Working closely with engineering, design, and commercial partners, you will deliver high‑quality mobile experiences that deepen customer engagement and support our broader Workspace ecosystem. This role offers significant ownership and visibility. Within a flat organisational structure, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how customers experience LSEG Workspace on mobile.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and outcomes‑focused roadmap for LSEG Workspace Mobile applications.
- Lead a cross‑functional squad of engineers and UX designers to deliver best‑in‑class mobile experiences.
- Drive the full product lifecycle, including discovery, customer research, requirements definition, validation with users, and successful product launches.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with commercial priorities, product strategy, and customer outcomes.
- Ensure all delivery aligns to agreed OKRs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Define and track KPIs, usage analytics, and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities to reduce friction and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with Workspace platform and community teams to deliver mobile enhancements that support ecosystem growth and commercial opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Communities, and SAM teams on go‑to‑market activities, including positioning, messaging, and launch readiness.
- Develop deep customer persona knowledge and maintain strong awareness of the competitive landscape and emerging mobile trends.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5 years+ of experience as a product manager with demonstrable success in delivering Mobile Apps (iOS, Android, web).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills coupled with the ability to speak knowledgeably with members of both the business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
- Proven ability to operate as an equal with design and engineering.
- Strong problem‑solving and structuring skills, with ability to bring actionable insights through effective communication.
- You understand the end‑users needs, the comparative importance of those needs, and the dependencies that exist between those needs.
- Superb attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality requirements / user stories.
- Ability to analyse key themes and trends using data, to find opportunities and measure your impact.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, relationship and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized individual.
- Previous experience working with agile / scrum.
- Financial services experience desirable.
