We modernise and transform these services, deploying automation and a Platform-as‑Product operating model to enable efficient, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports business operations and future transformation.
As Senior Product Manager, you will define and evolve the product strategy for LSEG’s enterprise Middleware platforms, supporting messaging and API management across hybrid environments. You will translate business demands into a technical roadmap, lead cross‑functional delivery, and communicate product value to senior collaborators and executive leadership.

- Product Roadmap & Backlog Definition: Define the product backlog and roadmap, steering prioritisation of user stories, features, and delivery throughput.
- Business & Demand Planning: Facilitate cross‑functional planning, working closely with customers and partner programs to factor inbound dependencies into backlog prioritisation and roadmaps, while ensuring balanced sprint plans.
- Drive cost optimisation: Partner with Asset Management teams to ensure accurate asset insights and lifecycle data, and provide strategic input into cost models to enable measurable financial outcomes for the Group.
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate discussions with partners to collect requirements and translate them into actionable backlog items, ensuring clarity and feasibility for engineering teams.
- Ownership of Delivery: Lead delivery across the Decommissioning Engineering team throughout the end-to-end delivery chain, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise and maximise value and efficiency.
- Collaborator Engagement: Act as a conduit between technical teams and customers, aligning with portfolio and partner program governance processes and fostering collaboration to achieve consensus on key decisions.
- Lead Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the development process stays on track.
- Reporting: Create clarity and facilitate decisions through insightful and timely reporting to programs and collaborators, using data to advise on progress or improvement opportunities.
- Implementing Metrics and Benchmarks: Work with the team in defining and meeting the right set of metrics to drive delivery productivity and output quality, including opportunities to optimise for timeliness, efficiency and quality in the delivery cycle.
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Proactively lead dependencies, risk and issues for delivery, documenting assumptions, assessing likelihood and impact, planning mitigations and raising issues as needed.
- Foster Continuous Improvement and Collaboration: Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, including assessing and improving processes, tools and practices to enhance team performance and product quality.

- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience using planning and tracking tooling such as Asana or other essential platforms.
What You Will Get in Return
- A strategic leadership role at the enterprise level, where you will shape the future of Infrastructure Platform Engineering (IPE) and play a key part in driving the Group’s technology transformation.
