- Exercise independent oversight of submitted assessments and scorecards, with particular focus on exposures where service levels or control expectations have not been met.
- In collaboration with LCH Ltd TPRM, produce a semi‑annual report summarising key findings, themes and areas of concern arising from the assessment lifecycle for submission to the Operational Resilience Committee (ORC) and board.

- Attend service review forums as required, providing appropriate challenge and escalation where risk issues or control weaknesses are identified.
- Maintain and oversee the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) risk profile, ensuring it remains accurate, current and reflective of the entity’s risk exposure.
- Partner with Group stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable internal policies, external standards and regulatory requirements.
- Represent LCH Ltd in relevant external industry working groups and testing exercises, contributing to best practice development and enhancing the firm’s third‑party risk and operational resilience capabilities.
