We are seeking a high‑performing and collaborative leader to deliver successful integration outcomes across LSEG’s strategic transactions. The Senior Manager, Integration supports the planning and execution of integrations to ensure alignment with deal objectives and delivery of targeted value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day integration planning and execution across multiple M&A transactions
- Support development of integration plans, governance structures, and success metrics
- Drive delivery across cost, revenue, and operational workstreams
- Partner with colleagues to coordinate integration and resolve issues
- Manage external advisors and internal workstream leads
- Support governance forums by preparing materials and tracking actions
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies and raise where required
- Contribute to change management and cultural alignment
- Develop integration playbooks and guidelines
- Mentor junior team members
Key Skills And Experience
- Proven experience supporting complex, global M&A integrations in financial services, technology, or a similarly regulated industry, ideally from both corporate and advisory roles.
- Strong commercial foresight and a pragmatic, outcome‑oriented mentality.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and partner‑management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing and delivering executive briefings and reports.
- A collaborative working style and a track record of contributing to high‑performing teams.
- Strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
