The Revenue Operations Business Partner Director, EMEA SAM is a business partner to the Group Head of Sales, EMEA and the SAM EMEA Leadership Team. The role supports and enables Sales & Account Management (SAM) in EMEA by providing data insights to drive growth and manage risks, and ensuring that sales tools and processes are adopted and optimized.

The role is a key part of the SAM EMEA Leadership Team, providing structure and consistency to the operating rhythm and ensuring the leadership team is well positioned to achieve against strategic plans and objectives. This entails direct management of the Regional RevOps Business Partner team, as well as taking a wider view of how we enable Account Management, Sales, Customer Success and other roles across the region. You will lead the business by bringing data driven insights which deliver growth and anticipate risks across the entire EMEA business. Through partnership with relevant functions, you will encourage adoption of enablement tools, processes and standard methodologies, and identify areas for improvement.

What you'll be doing

The role has a number of responsibilities which fall into three areas: Business Management, Business Partnering and Enabling Capabilities.

  • Business Management
    • Ensure EMEA operating rhythm is coordinated and driving value, including account plan reviews, regional leadership meetings and preparation for global reviews.
    • Build effective communication plans for EMEA.
    • Bring RevOps EMEA based business partners together to align support to the EMEA region.
    • Drive data quality improvements in key areas such as renewals and pipeline management.
    • Coordinate forecast cadence, processes, insights and actions for EMEA region.
  • Business Partnering
    • Support EMEA leadership to run the business as a strategic advisor, delivering data driven insights to leaders which inform decision making.
    • Craft and deliver executive messaging of performance and execution plans.
    • Build action plans to improve the health of the business through regular review of key leading and lagging indicators.
    • Proactively review analytics to bring insights and drive a data-driven decision making culture.
    • Coordinate and translate business requirements for delivery at scale.
  • Enabling Capabilities
    • Drive scale to our business by measuring adoption of standards and embedding change (e.g. TOM execution).
    • Continuous improvement of capabilities through feedback loops.
    • Build strong partnerships across LSEG to identify areas of productivity improvements.
    • Optimize and embed RACI model.

What you'll bring

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead through influence, run and land change, coordinate cadences, manage action plans, and derive insight from dashboards and analytics. Strong collaboration skills as we partner across a wide range of functions and seniorities. Advantageous to have a background in Revenue Operations or a frontline Sales and Account Management role, and knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce.
