Role Profile The Digital Rights Management (DRM) Product Owner is responsible for managing Digital Rights Products/Application – Product Studio II (PSII).

This role serves as the bridge between internal users, business collaborators, governance, and engineering teams, owning the roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and adoption outcomes that ensure Digital Rights becomes a strategic asset.

What you’ll be doing Product Leadership & Roadmap Execution Develop, own, and maintain the domain‑specific product roadmap and backlog.

Translate enterprise Digital Rights Management strategy into sprint‑ready requirements and features.

Drive continuous delivery across enhancements and data quality improvements.

Ensure strategy leverages procedures, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Collaborator Engagement & Prioritisation Act as the main liaison between the business and engineering, engaging with collaborators, capture requirements and measure impact.

Lead prioritisation across business functions.

Resolve conflicts and ensure aligned decision‑making.

Act as the accountable owner for domain‑level data changes.

Governance, Standards & Quality Adopt Rights Management Business Information Model policies, standards, and principles in conjunction with Data Governance strategy.

Embed governance decisions, standards, and definitions into design for automated and embedded preventative data management controls.

Ensure clarity on ownership and stewardship.

Define and oversee data quality rules and issue workflows.

Design & Requirements Translate business needs into functional requirements as clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Work with engineering and architecture on scalable design.

Ensure accurate and future‑proof model evolution.

Cross‑Domain and Platform Alignment Coordinate and collaborate with other domain experts(SMEs), Operations, and Engineering in a “3‑in‑a‑box” delivery model.

Support consistent API and data contract strategies.

Reduce technical debt through standardised integration.

Adoption, Change Management & Training Motivate change management for business adoption, measuring and monitoring use of the DRM capabilities as well as uptake of responsibilities and accountabilities.

Use feedback from consuming teams to continuously refine and evolve the product.

Support training and rollout planning.

Risk, Compliance & Issue Management Identify data quality risks and compliance gaps.

Ensure proactive issue management.

What you’ll bring Strong SME in a master data domain including survivorship, hierarchy management, and golden record creation.

Understanding of data models, governance, and DRM platforms/applications and Products.

Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager handling data or platform products in an agile environment.

Skilled in backlog management and agile delivery.

Good communication, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Experience defining standards, ownership models, and quality frameworks.

Experience with DRM applications/platforms such as Product Studio II (PSII), Product Studio I (PSI), SFDC, SAP (Genesis), Content Service Master (CSM) etc.

Ability to drive adoption and lead change.

Analytical attitude with focus on measurable outcomes.
