Department: LSEG’s Regulatory Reporting is a software and data solutions business that provides global sell‑side and buy‑side clients with products to meet MiFIR, EMIR, G20 and other regulatory reporting obligations. Ancillary services such as reconciliations and data solutions ensure accuracy and completeness of client reporting.

Team: The Client Implementation Team, part of the Technology and Operations group, engages external clients for testing and monitors active client testing. The team works closely with Product and Delivery Scrum teams, develops a testing roadmap, and ensures adequate representation for external user acceptance testing. It is also responsible for all Regulatory Reporting product‑related communications.

Role: Based in London and reporting to the Client Implementation Manager, the key purpose of this role is to design and implement an efficient client testing model for product changes and to deliver communications around change initiatives and other Regulatory Reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor client testing within LSEG Regulatory Reporting’s established framework.
  • Take lead of external User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as part of change releases.
  • Liaise with product owners and other stakeholders to coordinate testing in line with product requirements.
  • Understand the impact of changes and conduct client outreach and communication accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain minimum “must‑test” UAT scripts in collaboration with Product Owner and QA.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve test‑environment issues and ensure availability.
  • Provide first‑line support for UAT‑related queries and incidents.
  • Investigate issues using tools for data validation and issue resolution.
  • Address client issues promptly and keep clients informed of progress and resolution.
  • Create UAT reports to track progress and highlight issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and testing processes through automation, standardisation and data analysis.
  • Streamline testing processes and develop standardised materials to enhance customer experience.
Other Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute internal and external communications for change and other Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
  • Maintain client contact records.
  • Attend and contribute to Client Service Review meetings where appropriate.
