Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis on the results of index rebalances to ensure the accuracy and quality of the changes of the review.
  • Conduct eligibility checks on equities potentially entering FTSE Russell indices.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and articulate the effects and impact of the index rebalance/reviews on end clients through timely investigation and resolution of any queries.
  • Raise any issues/concerns to the line manager and report exceptions in a timely manner, and recommend process improvements that will improve levels of quality, productivity & client service.
  • Strive to constantly improve your skills through training & development opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding of new business and methodology updates to the team through precise and accurate documentation.
  • Facilitate partnership and collaboration across teams by actively encouraging interaction and providing assistance to others where required.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of investment management and portfolio construction across asset classes.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement and portfolio analysis concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excel proficiency and experience with a structured programming language such as VBA or SQL.
  • Additional qualifications: MBA in finance, financial engineering, economics, statistics.
